Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. ...

We requested 2 non-smoking rooms and when we entered the rooms they gave us, they smelled like 100 people had been in there smoking for 100 days. After only being in the room for a couple of minutes, my wife and her sister, who are highly allergic to cigarette smoke, were having troubled breathing. ...
